The next virtual HRGB event.

Registration is now open for the latest session in the HRGB Virtual Ringing series "Making Music Virtually or In-person with School Age Children" which will be held online on Saturday 15 May, 2pm-3.30pm.

Malcolm Wilson will share a host of practical ideas for working with school age children in making music with Handbells, Handchimes or Belleplates. This session will share hands-on ideas as well as provide information about the "Why?" of handbells in schools. Hear about Orff, ostinato, unison rhythmic ringing, chordal accompaniment of singing, sound-effects to story-telling, music repertoire suggestions, flashcards & more.

No instruments are required to take part in this session.

Whether you are already working with children in school, or have a group for children elsewhere, or want to find out more, this virtual workshop is for you.

This session is only open to current HRGB members; it is free, and one of the many benefits of being a member of the Society.

A free online session on Saturday 28 November 2pm-3pm for HRGB members who are looking to explore ways to take handbell, handchime or belleplate rehearsals online

No Handbells, Handchimes nor Belleplates will be needed to take part! We'll show ways to rehearse virtually at a distance.
